If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return it to the above address within 14 days in original condition, complete with labelling, for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price excluding Postage & Packaging.
Please note that the costs for returning the item to us are non-refundable. When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us. We always try to process returns as soon as they arrive. However, during busy periods, please allow up to 21 days for your return or exchange to be processed.
The Quetzal Trading returns guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
Prices
All prices are in pounds sterling, retail prices include VAT.
Delivery - We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving it. However at busy times please allow 14 days for delivery. We will send your order on a standard 48 hour service, unless otherwise informed
Carriage Charges
Mainland UK - see product. Non-mainland UK orders - please contact us by email for confirmed carriage charges.
Descriptions and Care of Goods - We have taken every care to ensure that pictures and descriptions are representative, but please be aware that most products are hand made and minor variations are inevitable. This is particularly true for embroidered and tie dye garments.
Privacy Statement
When you place an order, we require your name, address, telephone number, email address and card number, expiry date, start date and issue number, if applicable. Once your order has been completed we will delete your payment details, but the rest of the information will be kept so we can inform you of offers and new products from Quetzal Trading. If you do not wish to be kept on our mailing please email us. We will not pass your details on to any other companies.
